Who we are

SADA Growth Agency builds and runs content distribution networks for creators and brands. We clip long-form content that you have already published and post it through a network of accounts we create and manage for you.

What we hold, and why

• If you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to send, including any channel links. We keep it so we can answer you and, if you become a client, so we know what we agreed.
• If you become a client. Your name, contact email, the links and handles of the channels you point us at, the content you authorise us to clip, and the performance numbers of the accounts we run for you.
• Dashboard access. If you use the client dashboard, we create the login for you and hold the email address and password that open it. That login exists only for the dashboard.

What we do not do

• We do not ask for, receive, or store the passwords to your own social accounts.
• We do not need access to your accounts to do our work. We work from content that is already public, or from files you send us.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade anything we hold about you.
• We do not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or profiling on this website.

The accounts we run for you

The fan and clipping accounts in your network are opened and operated by us. We hold the logins for those accounts because we are the ones posting on them. They are run on your instruction and dedicated to your brand.

What goes out on them is your call. If you tell us to take what you have published on YouTube, cut it into short form, and distribute it across your network, that is exactly what we do and nothing more. You can tell us to change what we post, pause it, or stop it at any time.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you have made. Authorising us to clip and distribute it does not transfer any rights to us, and you can withdraw that authorisation at any time. When the work ends, we stop publishing your content, and we will take down clips of yours that are still up if you ask us to. The accounts themselves stay with us and remain under our management.

Services we rely on

A few third parties are involved in running the site and the dashboard. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.

• Supabase hosts the database behind the client dashboard, which holds your account list and the performance numbers we track.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs serve the typefaces and the charting library this site loads. Because your browser fetches those files directly, those providers can see your IP address, as they can on any site that uses them.
• The platforms themselves, meaning YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, host the accounts and apply their own privacy policies to them.

Cookies and local storage

This marketing site sets no cookies. The client dashboard keeps your login session in your browser's local storage so you are not asked to sign in on every page. Clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep things

Client records and performance history are kept for as long as we are working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own accounting. Email conversations are kept until they are no longer useful. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

What you can ask for

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your authorisation to clip and distribute your content. One email is enough, and we answer these ourselves.

Children

Our service is for creators and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If how we work changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Anything significant will be told to current clients directly rather than left here to be found.
